Meet Ronali Amatya

Founder, Yoga Instructor & Wellness Guide of MŌDA

Background

The Explorer, The Dreamer & The Yogi

From karate kicks to beauty pageants, and now to yoga, Ronali’s journey has been full of twists and turns. Growing up as a tomboy with short hair, competitive sports were her thing, and she never shied away from a challenge. Friends were shocked when she stepped onto the pageant stage, and now, her family is just as surprised to see her embracing the slow, mindful life of yoga.

Her yoga journey began in 2017 as a way to navigate health challenges, but what started as a personal practice soon became a deep passion. By 2020, she was not just practicing yoga—she was teaching it. She transformed her garage into a cozy studio, laying the foundation for what is now MODA Yoga.

With advanced training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Ronali’s approach to teaching is as dynamic as her personality. She believes yoga is more than just movement—it’s about awareness, growth, and embracing change. Along the way, she has also explored sound healing, Reiki, Vipassana, and anything else that fuels her curiosity (because, let’s be honest, she loves learning new things).

At MODA Yoga, she has built a space where movement meets mindfulness, where students feel seen, and where the journey is just as important as the destination. Whether it’s flowing through asanas, practicing under avocado trees, or sharing stories after class, Ronali invites you to step onto the mat and explore the magic of yoga—your way.
