During my yoga training, we meditated on Aanandohum—”I am bliss.” At first, it was just words, but over time, I realized true joy isn’t something we chase; it’s something we uncover within.

That’s why MŌDA was born—a space where movement, breath, and stillness reconnect you to that inner joy. A place that feels welcoming and real—where you come as you are and leave a little lighter, a little more you.

What began as a personal healing practice in 2017 has blossomed into MODA Yoga—a welcoming space where movement meets mindfulness. With a dynamic teaching style rooted in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Ronali invites you to explore yoga in a way that feels true to you.
